As Director of Product Management, Automotive, you will guide the portfolio supporting repair shops, technicians, and automotive service providers. The work spans automotive technologies, market trends, product assortment, and category performance. You will lead teams and align Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the Automotive portfolio vision and category roadmap

Lead innovation across EV, hybrid, braking, and connected systems

Manage category teams, coaching, development, and succession planning

Oversee sourcing, launches, pricing,



and product lifecycle management

Build manufacturer partnerships and negotiate annual business programs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related business or automotive field

Minimum 5+ years in automotive aftermarket category or product management
