Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation and handling.

Skills





- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge in latte art and coffee dialing is a required.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing orders and payments.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in kitchen preferred.
