This Bilingual Technical
Project & Business Analyst partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technology solutions. You will coordinate projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. The work spans business units, IT teams, vendors, and Chartwell residences across Canada, including Quebec.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables
Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
Coordinate vendors, business units, and IT teams
Support implementations, training, and post-go-live activities
Fluency in English and French is mandatory
Minimum five years in business analysis or project management
Experience leading enterprise hardware and software implementations
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Solid requirements management and organizational skills
