Responsible for general building maintenance including patching/wall repair and repair/installation of hardware/signs etc.



Responsible for general grounds maintenance to ensure safe and clean access to building occupants Responsible for shipping/receiving of supplies/goods Responsible for assembling furniture, movement of furniture/fixtures/equipment and for minor furniture repairs Responsible for conducting minor electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs and batteries Responsible for escorting Contractor's Responsible for conducting Fire/Life/Safety inspection, reporting deficiencies and maintaining appropriate records High School diploma or equivalent related work experience Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Carpentry, painting or other skilled trade experience would be considered an asset Willingness to travel Provide a medical certificate indicating the ability to perform physical labour related duties (on request) Accommodation is available upon request at all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process.
