L'Éclatant Cake Boutique & Cafe is a newly opened boutique cafe in Windsor, and we're looking for friendly, hospitality-focused Cafe Servers to join our team for the winter and holiday season!

We're passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted cakes, specialty drinks, and freshly made food. As part of our front-of-house team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our cafe during the busy holiday season.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with warm, genuine hospitality.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service, including menu recommendations.
- Prepare, plate, and serve cafe food and beverages according to our quality standards.
- Support daily front-of-house operations, including opening, closing, restocking, and general upkeep.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service and a consistently positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cafe workplace, including shared dishwashing and cleaning responsibilities.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative and the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with table service, food plating, and food running.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and throughout the holiday season.
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Previous cafe, bakery, or restaurant experience and familiarity with Square POS are considered assets.

Physical & Working Conditions

- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), and perform repetitive front-of-house and kitchen tasks as needed.
