- Review and analyze documentation related to cargo and parcel claims, including air waybills, shipment photos, and delivery records.
- Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
- Draft clear and concise written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
- Evaluate delivery photo disputes and provide detailed findings based on visual and written evidence.
- Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or procedural issues in freight documentation and claims submissions.
- Provide subject matter input to support the training and refinement of AI-powered claims processes.
Requirements
- Have robust relevant experience in air cargo, ground handling,
or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight contexts.
- Proven expertise handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in reasoning.
- Experience reviewing photographic shipment evidence and drafting written determinations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and meeting project requirements.
