Job Summary

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service while processing purchases accurately in a retail environment.

- Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and demonstrations. Support retail sales, including technology sales and upselling when appropriate.

- Help maintain an inviting, organized sales floor through merchandising and product upkeep.

- Communicate clearly in English. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcome.

Duties

- Operate the POS system and complete cashiering tasks, including cash handling and payment processing.

- Use basic math to verify transactions, provide accurate change, and resolve routine register discrepancies.

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service.

- Explain product features, demonstrate products, and support sales through helpful recommendations and appropriate upselling.

- Keep displays stocked, tidy, and accurately presented; assist with merchandising and inventory organization.





- Answer customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and direct requests to the appropriate team member when needed.

- Coordinate tasks and customer requests using solid communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.

- Follow store procedures for transactions, product handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming work area.

Experience

- Previous cashiering, customer service, or retail sales experience is preferred; relevant training may be provided.

- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, or retail technology is an asset.

- Technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is helpful but not required.

- Demonstrate accuracy, reliability, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.

- Strong spoken English is required for customer interactions; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
