Your role and responsibilities In this role as

Chief of Stuff , you will own the operational process of the IT Business Systems team including training, governance, planning, reporting, and budgeting — as a single accountable leader. Each day, you will analyze user support data to sharpen our IT systems delivery across five business areas.

This is a role for a builder-operator, not a coordinator. You will own six interconnected functions that define how the IT Business Systems team runs,



how the business perceives it, and how effectively it serves its users. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on continued investment in the team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Business reviews

Monthly packages for five business areas across two user groups. A decision forum, not a status dump.

Budget

Owns and reconciles the team budget monthly. Contractor forecasting is the hard part.

Intake governance : Runs the APT process. Can tell a director their request is not first this month and keep the relationship.

End user training

Reads ticket data, builds what is needed, and knows when training is not the answer.

Internal team enablement

Develops our own people across ECC,
