Chandos seeks an Estimator for cooperative, multi-stakeholder Civil projects. You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires strong relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuits
Prepare full-cost estimates from concept through tender
Lead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisions
Complete material, labour, equipment,
and subcontractor take-offs
Track estimated versus actual costs and report variances
Requirements
Five years of estimating experience
Four years of construction management experience
Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diploma
Advanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiency
Strong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilities
Apply civil estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative communication to deliver value across Chandos infrastructure projects.
