Overview

We are seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner to help maintain clean, orderly, and welcoming commercial spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning and safety procedures, and can work independently while contributing to a professional team. Previous custodial experience is welcome; training may be provided for role-specific procedures.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors using appropriate equipment and products.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, fixtures, and frequently touched areas.
- Empty waste and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.




- Follow assigned schedules and checklists while maintaining consistent cleaning standards.

Skills

- Cleaning experience, including commercial cleaning, is preferred.
- Custodial experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and cleaning schedules.
- Dependable, organized, and respectful of client spaces.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with team members.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine cleaning tasks including carrying objects between 30-50lbs

Pay: $16.35-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
