As part of Desjardins, you will develop and manage a sponsorship portfolio aligned with marketing priorities and organizational values. The work combines partnership marketing, project management, commercial acumen, and relationship management. You will evaluate opportunities, activate agreements, and demonstrate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze partnership opportunities and contractual renewals
Negotiate agreements and manage compliance, amendments, and renewals
Build activation plans using data-driven insights
Manage budgets, payments, documentation,
and project files
Measure sponsorship performance through KPIs, analytics, and feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Five years of relevant sponsorship or partnership marketing experience
Advanced sponsorship strategy and implementation experience
Advanced project management and data insights knowledge
Advanced English, commercial acumen, and risk management
Use sponsorship strategy, negotiation, analytics, and relationship management to strengthen Desjardins Insurance partnerships and business impact.
