We are accepting resumes for full and part time positions in our community based group homes.

Full time: 30- 40 hours per week

Part time: Every weekend, various shifts

These positions requires flexible availability and are not suitable for students or those working other jobs.

Must have

- First Aid Level C CPR
- CURRENT ( within 3 months) Vulernable Sector Check
- Reliable, properly insured vehicle ( 2 million liabilty plus use for work) and the ability to transport Individuals within the community
- Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts and days.

Duties: *-*Develop supportive relationships with Individuals.

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help individuals with mobility and transportation needs
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a protected and clean environment for individuals

Experience:

- Previous experience working with individuals with various cognitive, mental health and physical disabilities in group home settings




- Knowledge of person-centered care approaches and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals with disabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
