This role combines construction sales, relationship building, and estimating, with time spent both in the office and on job sites.Vancouver ICF is Western Canada’s largest stocking supplier of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and operates under the Vancouver ICF trade name of Fab-Form Industries Ltd. Fab-Form is a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: FBF) that develops, manufactures, and distributes innovative concrete forming products around the world.

We’re looking for a driven, organized individual to grow ICF sales throughout the Lower Mainland and prepare accurate customer quotations. You’ll help builders understand ICF construction, support their projects, and build lasting customer relationships.

You’ll learn directly from experienced employees, with full training in estimating software, product knowledge, and installation methods through time on job sites. With an experienced team member preparing for retirement, this is an opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.

What you’ll do

Sales and customer relationships

- Generate new business through outreach, cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and framers.
- Help customers understand ICF construction and select products suited to their projects.
- Follow up on leads and quotations, close sales, and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Work alongside our media manager on product demonstrations, educational videos, and marketing content.
- Represent Vancouver ICF at trade shows, industry events, and job-site demonstrations.

Estimating and project support

- Read architectural and structural drawings and prepare accurate material takeoffs and quotations using our estimating software.
- Create 3D views of ICF projects using SketchUp.




- Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements and answer technical questions.
- Update quotations as project plans and requirements change.
- Help resolve project challenges and coordinate with our office and warehouse teams.

What you bring

- Construction industry experience. Experience with ICF, concrete forming, estimating, or building material sales is an asset.
- The ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people—from crews on site, to architects and engineers.
- An interest in growing sales and helping customers work through construction details.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, and a willingness to learn our estimating systems.
- Experience with SketchUp is an asset.
- Confidence appearing on camera and explaining construction concepts, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, problem-solving skills, and consistent follow-through.
- Initiative and ambition: you identify opportunities, take action, and take ownership of your results.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Punjabi language skills are an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
