The Product Owner, Contact Center Pod defines and delivers capabilities across Momentum’s contact center ecosystem. This senior product role translates customer, business, operational, regulatory, and technology requirements into measurable outcomes. You will guide product strategy, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Contact Center Pod vision, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes

Create and prioritize epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria

Lead sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

Align Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Architecture,



and business stakeholders

Drive omnichannel, AI, automation, CRM, and digital capabilities

Requirements

Five-plus years in product ownership, management, business analysis, or related roles

Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional teams

Proven backlog management in complex business environments

Strong contact center operations and customer journey knowledge

Experience with CCaaS, CRM integrations, digital channels, or intelligent routing
