We are currently recruiting for a part-time or full-time Line Cook / Prep Cook. We are looking for someone who wants to push their creativity and passion to a whole current level. We encourage new ideas to add to our menu/buffet. You will learn to produce food of the same quality each day with proper training and recipes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain quality and speed of output.
- Once trained you will supervise and train other new cooks in the kitchen.
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
- Assist with restaurant food specifications and plating.
- Adherence to cost control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean kitchen.
