Position: Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $100/hour

Location: Remote - U.S. or Canada only

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Work through realistic revenue operations scenarios with explicit explanations
- Resolve conflicts between operational policies while justifying your decisions
- Design workflows that address compliance constraints effectively
- Diagnose revenue data issues and explain root cause prevention
- Identify ambiguous scenarios and flag them for resolution
- Manage CRM data models, process design, and configuration tradeoffs
- Collaborate closely with various teams to support revenue operations

Requirements

- Strong years of hands-on experience in SaaS revenue operations




- Direct CRM ownership experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Knowledge of billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking tools
- Strong ability to explain reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience resolving policy conflicts in revenue-related operations
- Insight into compliance requirements and operational design
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to revenue data integrity
