Shape data, analytics, and AI products as a hybrid Product Manager supporting Toronto Pearson’s Commercial and Enterprise portfolios. Translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Management, you will lead discovery and multi-horizon roadmaps across Customer Experience, Commercial, and Enterprise portfolios. You will manage requirements, Azure DevOps backlogs, success measures, and perks realization. Your work will help advance data-as-a-product practices and partner-facing offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Build multi-horizon data and AI product roadmaps

Lead ideation, intake, prioritization, and product discovery

Own Epic and Feature requirements in Azure DevOps

Ensure security, privacy, governance, accessibility,



and audit alignment

Define adoption, product health, and value measures

Requirements: Seven or more years in product or adjacent technology work

Four or more years shaping technically complex digital products

Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI products

Technical fluency across data engineering, machine learning, and APIs

Advanced Azure DevOps and cross-functional leadership experience
