As Director, AI Business Enablement, you will partner with Canada Operations and Functional leaders to accelerate business strategy through Artificial Intelligence. You will connect business needs with Technology, Data, and Architecture capabilities across a regulated environment. The work spans generative AI, automation, analytics, machine learning, governance, and outcome measurement.

Identify high-value AI opportunities across operations and functions

Shape business cases, benefits, risks, and success measures

Translate business needs into transparent AI use cases

Prioritize feasibility with Technology, Data,



and Architecture teams

Track value realization and champion responsible AI practices

Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
