Lead SAP business readiness at IPEX by aligning standardized processes, operational leaders, and deployment plans across manufacturing and distribution sites.

The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads transformation activities supporting SAP deployment across IPEX’s enterprise network. This senior leader partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, Business Process Owners, site leaders, and IT. The focus is operational preparation, stakeholder alignment, governance, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities: Lead future-state enterprise process transformation using SAP standard capabilities

Establish governance, harmonization, and alignment across operational sites

Develop enterprise readiness strategies, contingencies, KPIs, and reporting

Coordinate cutover, Hypercare, staffing, coverage, and operational continuity

Drive stakeholder commitment to standardized ways of working

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business

10-15 years of progressive leadership experience

Experience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deployments

Experience deploying standardized processes across manufacturing locations

Experience with master data governance and quality programs

Guide IPEX’s SAP transformation through process governance, readiness leadership, stakeholder alignment, and business ownership across enterprise operations.
