Key Responsibilities

Develop capital structure, leverage, funding, and balance sheet recommendations

Lead debt issuances and liability management transactions

Requirements

Post-secondary education or minimum 10 years’ progressive relevant experience

Solid knowledge of corporate finance and capital structure management

Experience executing complex financing transactions and negotiations

Ability to analyze and negotiate financing documentation

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder coordination skills
