You will lead two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance while managing fulfillment, inventory, productivity and safety. The role also emphasizes regulatory compliance, customer service and continuous improvement across a high-volume distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily Distribution Centre performance across safety, quality and productivity

Develop two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance leadership

Manage picking, packing, shipping, transportation, returns and inventory

Use performance data to improve labour, workflow and costs





Champion compliance, process improvement and customer service

Requirements

Five-plus years of warehouse management experience in distribution or operations

At least three years of supervisory leadership experience or equivalent

Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline

Knowledge of warehouse operations, ISO standards and regulated processes

Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel and warehouse systems proficiency
