About the role

As a front of house employee, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and attentive service, being knowledgeable of our offerings, and at times, making drinks (19+).

We're a team, and all front of house staff are expected to help seat guests, clear and set tables, assist with bar (19+), take orders, and run food as needed.

Expectations

If you join Claudine's as a Front of House team member you can be scheduled as a Server, Bartender (19+), Host and at times an Expeditor. While you will have a primary role designation, our goal is to have all staff cross trained.

Responsibilities- Including, but not limited to:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner




- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

-Complete daily and weekly duty list

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food industry, banquet, catering, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
