You will supervise and mentor shop personnel, coordinate workflow, resources, and equipment utilization, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates have robust leadership, excellent organization, and solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations; a Journeyperson Machinist or Welder
