As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will advise financial and corporate buyers through buy-side and sell-side due diligence. Your work spans Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, and Fintech. You will manage engagements, assess deal issues, and explain strategic implications to clients.

Key Responsibilities: Manage processes across the full deal continuum

Coordinate collaboration across Tax, HR, IT, and network firms

Oversee diligence reports and client presentations

Identify project, commercial, contractual,



and delivery risks

Coach junior staff and manage project budgets

Requirements: Senior Manager experience with solid Financial Due Diligence experience

Financial Services experience preferred

Proven financial and business performance analysis capabilities

Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills

French fluency required for Quebec opportunities; elsewhere an asset
