Overview

- Prepare ingredients and support daily kitchen operations in a clean, organized food-service workplace.

- Work with kitchen and service team members to help ensure meals are prepared accurately, safely, and on time.

- This role is suited to someone who is dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

- Prior experience is helpful but not required; applicants should be willing to learn and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

- Wash, peel, cut, portion, and organize ingredients for daily meal preparation.

- Assist with basic cooking and assemble dishes according to recipes and kitchen instructions.

- Support serving and food-service tasks, including preparing orders and replenishing items as needed.

- Follow food safety and food handling practices, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation.

- Clean and maintain workstations,



utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.

- Communicate with team members about ingredient needs, order timing, and any food quality concerns.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and help keep the kitchen orderly.

Skills

- Food preparation and meal preparation

- Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn kitchen procedures

- Food handling and food safety awareness

- Serving and customer-focused food service

- Food service experience, restaurant experience, or kitchen experience are helpful

- Interest in the food industry

Pay: $18.60-$20.00 per hour
