Role Overview: The Skincare Advocate (Freelance) is the face of Medik8 within Sephora. Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour (SPH) Goal. Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, including product presentation, testers, and hygiene compliance.

Language: Ability to speak both English and French is a must. Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or sales preferred. Passion for skincare and a strong understanding of skincare ingredients and routine building. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Travel & Logistics: Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Ability to lift and move event and merchandising materials up to 50lbs.
