Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Full Time Crew Members to support daily restaurant operations. This hands-on role includes preparing and serving food, assisting guests, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate works well with a team, manages time effectively, and is committed to providing friendly, efficient service.

Hours are evenings, late nights, holidays and weekends.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
- Handle food safely and maintain clean, organized work areas in the kitchen and service areas.
- Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and provide attentive customer service.
- Operate a POS system to enter orders and process payments accurately; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Perform cashiering and cash-handling duties, including making change and balancing transactions as required.
- Use basic math skills to verify orders, portions, and transactions.
- Recommend menu items and use appropriate upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow sanitation, hygiene,



and restaurant procedures throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with coworkers to keep service moving smoothly and meet customer needs.
- Complete other duties that support daily food service operations.

Qualifications

- Customer service experience and a friendly, professional approach.
- Food preparation, food handling, or food safety knowledge; training may be provided.
- Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Cashiering, cash handling, or POS experience is an advantage; familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling orders and transactions.
- Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions.
- Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.
