Summary

As General Manager, you will lead club operations and support a welcoming, high-quality experience for members and staff. Your impact: By coordinating teams and service across the club, you help members access its fitness and wellness offerings smoothly and feel supported in their health goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise teams across the club’s fitness, sports, dining, and wellness operations.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to support consistent service and a welcoming member experience.
- Guide sales and service efforts in line with the club’s premium offering.
- Monitor budgets and operational needs,



including purchasing.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and staff training to help teams serve members effectively.
- Qualifications
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory capability.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience managing sales and budgets.
- Solution focused with a strong alignment with holding yourself and teammates accountable
- Preferred: Recruiting and staff training experience.
- Preferred: Marketing, purchasing, and negotiation skills.
