As Global Process Owner, you will define end-to-end process vision, strategy, and maturity roadmaps. You will design standardized cross-functional processes, analyze feedback, and coordinate Subject Matter Experts. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline

Master’s degree preferred in business or related expertise

Ten to twelve years’ progressively responsible process experience

Five years’ experience in change management

Lean techniques, project management, and process improvement experience

Lead Wesco’s process vision, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement through decisive, constructive organizational change.
