Job Overview handle both hot food items and ice cream treats while serving customers in a fast-paced environment. Duties are generally split across the front counter, drive-thru, grill, and chill (treat) stations.

Responsibilities

- Customer Service &
- Cash Handling:

Greet guests with a positive attitude, take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru, process payments on the register/POS, and resolve customer concerns.

- Grill &

- Kitchen Duties:

Cook and prepare hot food items (such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries) following standard recipes, portion controls, and food safety rules

- Chill &

- Treat Station:

Assemble ice cream cones, sundaes, Blizzards, and custom soft-serve desserts quickly and accurately.

- Order Assembly &

- Verification:

Package food and drink orders carefully, checking for accuracy before handing them to guests

- Cleaning &

- Sanitation: Maintain clean counters, food prep areas, cooking equipment, dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds daily.

- Use computer operation and other basic computer skills for routine program tasks.





- Adapt to changing classroom needs while applying solid time management and organizational skills.

- Demonstrate leadership, patience, and sound judgment when supporting classroom activities.

Experience

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move quickly for long shifts, work across varying temperature ranges (from freezers to hot grills), and lift up to 50 pounds

- Safety &
- Compliance:

Adhere to local health department guidelines, food handling safety (temperature control), and brand PRIDE standards.

- Teamwork: Rotate across stations as needed based on store traffic and communicate clearly with crew members and shift leads.

- Strong communication skills, writing skills, and organizational skills are important.

- Basic computer skills and comfort with computer operation are preferred.

- English proficiency is required

- French proficiency and bilingual abilities are an asset.

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
