This full-time, permanent Group Finance Director position oversees the Finance function and partners with senior leadership and operations. The successful candidate leads people, builds relationships, listens effectively, and translates financial information into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities span reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, controls, and operational insight.

Requirements

CPA designation and progressive Finance leadership experience

Canadian and U.S. finance experience

Manufacturing or automotive industry experience strongly preferred

Advanced Excel and robust ERP systems experience
