Epic Views Vacations is a growing luxury vacation rental management company in Canmore and the Canadian Rockies. We deliver exceptional guest experiences, beautifully maintained homes, and real value for our homeowners. We’re looking for a dependable, service-minded Guest Experience Coordinator to be the warm, reliable voice our guests count on before, during, and after every stay.

Reporting to our Guest Experience Lead, you’ll make sure every guest feels cared for and every home is stocked and ready.

The Role

Guest Communication and Concierge

- Be the primary point of contact for guests across Airbnb, Vrbo, Hostaway, direct bookings, phone, email, and messaging
- Respond promptly and professionally within our response-time standards
- Send clear arrival details, including door codes, parking, and check-in instructions
- Deliver a luxury concierge experience with personalized recommendations and local expertise
- Monitor active stays and resolve guest concerns with care
- Loop in our Maintenance Technician when a guest needs a fix, and escalate complex issues to the Guest Experience Lead

Restocking and Supply Runs

- Keep every home stocked to our luxury standards by restocking guest consumables, amenities, linens, and supplies between stays
- Pick up inventory orders when needed

The Non-Negotiables Must live in Canmore, Dead Man’s Flats, or Harvie Heights. No exceptions.

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and appropriate technology
- Availability for shift and weekend hours, including evenings and holidays
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning platforms such as Hostaway, Airbnb, and Vrbo
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and drive between properties for restocking
