Glasshouse is looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional food experience.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build a strong team while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

The Role

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, creating a positive and professional working environment.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop menus, specials, and seasonal dishes that reflect the Glasshouse brand.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food costs, labour, ordering, inventory, and waste control.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are met.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
- Work closely with management to drive guest satisfaction and overall kitchen performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step.




- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu development, and cost control.
- A passion for fresh ingredients, great food, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality.
