Lead financial reporting and maintenance operations at Mount Carmel Clinic in a permanent, full time management position across multiple locations. The Manager of Finance and Operations supports the Director of Finance and Operations. This position leads day-to-day accounting, oversees maintenance contracts and supervises Finance and Maintenance staff. Success requires financial analysis, computerized accounting systems and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting Oversee maintenance programs, contracts and renovation projects Supervise Finance and Maintenance staff Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects Support Financial Services and Maintenance management Requirements: Post-secondary education in an accounting program At least five years’ related accounting and operations leadership experience Intermediate to advanced computerized accounting and information systems proficiency Proficiency with building maintenance software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Manitoba Safety and Health standards Apply financial analysis, operational leadership and careful decision-making while supporting Mount Carmel Clinic’s essential services.
