Responsibilities: greet and seat customers on the patio and indoors; manage reservations and waitlists using the booking system; provide menus and an overview of specials/events; coordinate with the serving team for smooth table turnover; assist with takeout pickups and inquiries; maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and entryway.

Requirements: proven host or customer-facing experience in a rapid-paced restaurant; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and attention to detail; multitask and remain calm under pressure; high cleanliness and personal presentation standards.
