Infosys is seeking a Pega Business Analyst to join our team. You will be an expert contributing to distinct phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; You will also play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.

Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner with stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking to gather and document business requirements. Analyze existing workflows, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Develop Business Requirement

Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process maps. Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.



Support project delivery through requirement validation, stakeholder communication, and UAT coordination.

Contribute to change management and training efforts during solution rollouts. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Familiarity with Agile. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an asset.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
