We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational legal skills within a dynamic setting.

The Junior

Lawyer will support senior attorneys by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with negotiations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and a keen interest in legal practice.

Duties

- Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to gather relevant case law, statutes, and legal precedents.

- Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda with precision and clarity.

- Support senior attorneys during negotiations by preparing necessary documentation and analyzing key points.

- Review and analyze legal issues to provide well-informed recommendations.

- Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines.

- Participate in client meetings and assist with case preparation as needed.

- Stay updated on current laws and regulations relevant to ongoing cases and practice areas.

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD)



degree from an accredited law school.

- Strong research skills, particularly experience with LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms.

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal documents.

- Basic understanding of negotiation techniques within a legal context.

- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review processes.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Prior internship or clerkship experience is a plus but not required. This position provides an invaluable platform for aspiring lawyers to gain practical experience, develop core competencies, and build a foundation for a successful legal career.

Pay: $70,000.00-$128,954.40 per year
