Job Summary

- We are seeking a dependable Kitchen Helper and Housekeeping team member to support daily meal service and maintain clean, orderly kitchen and shared spaces.

- This hands-on role includes food preparation, meal service, and housekeeping tasks. The successful candidate will follow food safety practices, work well with others, and take pride in keeping a welcoming setting.

Duties

- Assist with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.

- Support basic cooking tasks and prepare food according to instructions and established procedures.

- Help serve meals, replenish food and supplies, and maintain a courteous, organized service area.

- Handle, store, and label food safely; follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

- Wash dishes and utensils, clean kitchen equipment and work surfaces, and keep storage areas organized.





- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning floors, tables, and common areas, and disposing of waste appropriately.

- Follow workplace safety guidelines and promptly report maintenance or sanitation concerns.

Experience

- Food service experience, including serving or food preparation, is helpful but not required.

- Experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or the broader food industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with food handling, meal preparation, cooking, and food safety practices is preferred.

- Must be reliable, attentive to cleanliness, and able to follow instructions and work cooperatively as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00-$23.12 per hour
