Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Line Cook/Prep Cook to help prepare high-quality meals and keep kitchen operations running smoothly. This hands-on role supports food preparation, cooking, and meal service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are also valued.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and complete meal preparation tasks, including washing, cutting, portioning, and storing food.

- Cook menu items according to recipes, preparation standards, and service timing.

- Assist with setting up and maintaining an organized workstation before, during, and after service.

- Support food service and serving needs by coordinating with kitchen teammates and front-of-house staff.

- Follow food safety and food handling procedures, including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature control.

- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and help maintain a tidy kitchen.





- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when supplies need replenishing.

- Work collaboratively to keep orders accurate and service moving efficiently.

Skills

- Food preparation and meal preparation skills.

- Basic cooking ability and willingness to learn kitchen techniques.

- Understanding of food safety and safe food handling practices.

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes and instructions.

- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced food industry environment.

- Food service experience, restaurant experience, or kitchen experience is a plus.

- Serving experience is helpful but not required.

- Reliability, a positive attitude, and readiness to maintain a clean and professional workspace.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
