Align Sewer & Water Inc. is looking for experienced and reliable Loader Operators to join our snow clearing operations team for the upcoming winter season.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are comfortable working long shifts, primarily overnight, and can respond to snow events on short notice.

We offer guaranteed hours in exchange for guaranteed availability throughout the snow clearing season. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking for consistent winter employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently for commercial snow clearing operations.
- Clear parking lots, roadways, access lanes, and other designated areas.
- Work efficiently while paying close attention to obstacles, curbs, parked vehicles, buildings, and property features.
- Perform detailed snow clearing to ensure properties are properly serviced.
- Complete pre-trip inspections and report equipment damage or mechanical issues.
- Assist with manual snow removal and hand shovelling when required.
- Follow assigned routes, instructions, and company safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 full season of commercial snow clearing experience.
- Previous experience operating front-end loaders is mandatory.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.




- Must be available on short notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be capable of working long shifts during major snow events.
- Must be comfortable working primarily overnight.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely around vehicles, buildings, and other obstacles.
- Physically capable of performing hand shovelling and other manual labour when required.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule & Availability Snow clearing is weather-dependent and requires flexibility. Successful applicants must be prepared to work extended shifts, predominantly overnight, and respond to call-outs with limited notice.

Reliability and availability are essential. Operators must be committed to reporting for scheduled shifts and snow events when called with as little as 1 hour notice.
