As Manager, Data Operations, you will lead Data Operations engineers and developers within CI Financial’s Data, AI & Analytics team. The work spans Snowflake, orchestration tools, monitoring, SQL, Python, and cloud-native data operations. You will establish standards and partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, Governance, Security, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own operational health of enterprise data platforms and pipelines

Lead CI/CD implementation and release management for data assets

Implement monitoring, alerting,



and observability across data services

Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews

Coach Data Operations engineers and developers

Requirements

Seven-plus years in data or platform operations

At least two years in leadership or management

Robust Snowflake performance optimization and cost management experience

Proficiency in SQL and Python

Cloud platform and orchestration tool experience
