Willow Tree Nannies provides personalized childcare services to families across Etobicoke and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are looking for a motivated marketer to help grow our brand and attract recent clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop marketing strategies to attract new families and generate bookings.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging promotional content.
- Plan advertising campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives.
- Improve website visibility and local search rankings.
- Identify local partnership and client acquisition opportunities.
- Track marketing performance, inquiries, and booking conversions.
- Provide regular updates to the Director.

Requirements

- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or advertising.
- Strong communication, creativity,



and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate results.
- Experience with Canva, social media advertising, or SEO is an asset.

Position Details

- Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Part-time, flexible
- Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and hours

Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 – 8.0 per week
