As Marketing Operations Manager, you will scale Top of Funnel operations across Direct SMB and Accountant & Bookkeeper channels. You will administer HubSpot, manage marketing technology, and build production AI agents and automations. The work includes attribution, reporting, process rollouts, and cross-functional recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Set marketing operations and Top of Funnel direction

Administer HubSpot workflows, lifecycle, scoring, and reporting

Build AI agents for routing, enrichment, and follow-up

Create attribution models, dashboards, and trusted KPI reports

Diagnose marketing-sales friction and recommend specific improvements

Requirements

Four or more years in data-driven operations

Hands-on HubSpot administration experience required

Experience with CRM platforms and integrations

Experience building AI agents and operational automations

Robust communication across technical and non-technical audiences
