MASTER ELECTRICIAN WANTED

Bergeron Mechanical is expanding beyond HVAC and building out an electrical division from the ground up, and we need a Master Electrician who wants to be part of that from day one.

This is not a job where you're the fifth electrician on a big crew, doing the same work you could do anywhere.

You will be the person who sets the standard for how we run electrical work. You'll handle the calls, train the techs who come after you, and help shape how this side of the business grows.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Diagnose, install, service, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems Pull permits and ensure all work meets code and passes inspection Handle panel upgrades, rewires, service changes, and troubleshooting calls Work alongside our HVAC technicians on combo jobs (generators, EV chargers, mini-splits, control wiring) Provide clear, honest options and pricing to customers in their home Help train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians as the department grows Keep CRM accurate and up to date with job notes, materials, and time Flag opportunities for additional work and communicate them to the office and sales team Help build out our electrical processes, pricing, and standards as we scale

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We need someone who can run a job independently and represent us well in someone's home.

You should be





- A licensed Master Electrician, comfortable working without direct supervision Skilled in troubleshooting, not just installation Clean, organized, and code-compliant in your work Strong communicating with customers about what's wrong and what it costs Comfortable learning and working inside a CRM. Willing to mentor less experienced techs as our team grows Steady under pressure when a job doesn't go as planned Excited about helping build something rather than just clocking in

Residential service and repair experience is a strong advantage. Experience working alongside HVAC or in home services is an even bigger plus.
