Overview

We are seeking a licensed, guest-focused Medical Aesthetician to provide personalized facial services, including glass facials, dermaplaning, and extractions. The ideal candidate combines strong skincare knowledge with excellent customer service and a polished, welcoming approach. You’ll help guests feel comfortable, understand their treatment options, and choose appropriate at-home skincare products while maintaining a clean, professional treatment environment.

Responsibilities

- Consult with guests about their skincare goals, sensitivities, and treatment history, and recommend suitable services within your scope of practice.

- Perform facials, glass facials, dermaplaning, and extractions safely and professionally, following established protocols.

- Explain each treatment, provide clear aftercare guidance, and answer guest questions with care and confidence.

- Maintain strict sanitation practices, including cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools, and equipment between appointments.

- Keep accurate service notes and follow studio procedures for guest records,



scheduling, and room preparation.

- Support a welcoming, organized environment and contribute to a positive team experience.

Qualifications

- Current esthetician license required, with training and experience appropriate to the services offered.

- Experience performing facials, dermaplaning, and extractions preferred.

- Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and reassuring manner.

- Knowledge of sanitation, infection-control practices, and safe treatment protocols.

- Comfortable discussing skincare products, conducting product demos, and supporting retail sales without pressure.

- Front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience is a plus.

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning and a high-quality guest experience.

Pay: $18.25-$43.50 per hour
