Quanteam is looking for a Capital Markets Financing Specialist to join the Middle Office of a global investment bank in Montreal. You will support securitization and structured finance activities, from deal closing to the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with Front Office and partners in the United States.

What you will do

- Process daily commercial paper issuances and maturities for an asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) program
- Administer the program, monitor its cash accounts and perform daily cash reconciliations
- Coordinate current transaction closings: client KYC reviews, program documentation review, pre-closing meetings with Front Office, set-up in internal systems




- Manage transactions throughout their lifecycle: client funding, invoicing, renewals and restructurings
- Monitor a structured solutions and leasing portfolio
- Support reporting and monitoring across Securitization, Structured Solutions and Leasing, Commercial Real Estate and other Middle Office functions
- Take part in team cross-training

What you bring

- Experience reviewing and analyzing credit agreements
- Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

- Structured finance and ABCP conduit operations
- Experience with SPV management systems
- Basic financial accounting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of FX and interest rate swaps
- Middle Office, structured finance, securitization or capital markets background
