- Background working in non-urgent patient transportation services

- Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR (HCP level), Emergency First Response (EFR), or an equivalent credential

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service

- Clear, professional communication skills, including phone interactions

- Strong ability to manage time effectively and remain composed under pressure

- Comfortable using computers for data entry and general administrative task

- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of safe patient handling and transport procedures

- Leadership, supervision, or training experience is considered an asset

- Valid Class G driver’s license in valuable standing

- Clean driving record
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening
