Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070

: Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health and Addictions, the incumbent will provide specialized psychiatric nursing care, including all aspects of the nursing process to patients experiencing a broad range of psychiatric, social and medical problems. In addition, provides staff supervision and assumes periodic charge nurse responsibilities.

Education

- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Other Education and Training

- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

- Competency in psychiatric nursing assessments, care planning & treatment
