The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Office Coordinator - 4 Month Co op/Intern . Assist with the preparation and processing of inbound and outbound shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), and commercial invoices, ensuring information is complete and accurate.

Support communication with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipments, deliveries, and related documentation. Assist with freight claims by gathering documentation, tracking information, and supporting follow-up on shipment discrepancies, damages, or losses. Support the receiving process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including verifying quantities, recording receipts, and maintaining accurate information within the system.

Monitor outbound shipment information and assist with tracking late shipments, documenting delays, and maintaining records for ship-on-time reporting. Provide general administrative support to the shipping office, including organizing documentation, maintaining records,



monitoring office and warehouse supply levels, and supporting day-to-day activities. Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative duties as required.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, documentation, and organization. Provide additional office and operational support as required throughout the co-op term. HPS has a excellent record of accommodating persons with disabilities.
