Winnipeg Department: Sales Technology Reports to: Technical Manager – Sales Technology Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance for a new Engineering Technology team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will partner with business stakeholders, help shape technical direction, mentor developers, and contribute directly to the design, delivery, and maintenance of a brand-new set of software tools. This team will focus on rapid prototyping, modern web development, and the thoughtful use of agentic AI-assisted development tools to explore ideas, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality software faster. This is an opportunity to lead a new team early, influence its technical direction,



and help define how Price uses modern software engineering and AI-enabled workflows to build better software.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small team of developers through technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and day-to-day coordination.
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering and the business to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Help define the team’s technical roadmap, delivery priorities, and release expectations in alignment with business needs.
- Help define an agentic AI development workflow for the team.
